"The internet is no longer just a web that we connect to.

Instead, it’s a computerized, networked and interconnected world that we live in.
This is the future, and what we’re calling the Internet of Things.” – Bruce Schneier

How the New Decentralized Networks of IoT, 5G and WiFi is transforming the way we interact with billions of devices and how you can build generational wealth.

What We Do at LinxSTR

LinxSTR serves property managers by leveraging the immense potential of the IoT. We will install our proprietary electronic box (hotspot) in the property that will enable the home to be connected to Helium’s IoT network. LinxSTR partners with property managers and shares in the revenue created to help build the IoT network.

Message from the Founder

Technology integration is at the heart of the latest transformation of property management. Today, savvy property managers and even individual owner-operators know that competitive success depends on the efficiency of fully integrated technology. That’s why I’m so excited about our latest offering, LinxSTR, which positions property managers to profit from IoT (the Internet of Things), the “next big thing in Property Management.”

Soon, low-frequency, long distance data networks will power an estimated 75 billions of devices in millions of homes, apartments and buildings around the world. Such devices enable the Smart Homes of the future in ways that will become attractive to property managers and homeowners. They will all run on IoT networks because the cost of data transfer is 100x less expensive than on high-speed cellular/internet networks.

In the years to come, you’ll seamlessly manage all business operations remotely, collecting data from multiple devices and applications in real time, dramatically increasing your efficiency and adding new revenue streams to your managed properties.

LinxSTR is an efficient entree into the IoT world that pays property managers a royalty per property, to help build Helium’s IoT network. It provides property managers with an entry point to build upon the network growth just like cellular and Internet did before.

Read on to learn how IoT will transform property management and increase profits to your bottom line.

AUTOMATION

IoT devices can track usage levels of utilities such as water, electricity, power monitoring sensors, for usage of everything from bikes and scooters to extra pool heat. Taken together, these enhancements create meaningful cost savings and operational efficiency for managers. Devices can track usage of commodities like food, cleaning supplies and alert staff when re-supply is needed. IoT devices can alert managers of problems such as water leaks and provide early fire detection.

ANALYTICS

According to Real Manager (2021) 43% of property managers believe IoT will have a massive impact on how they run their businesses. Powerful IoT sensors in properties will provide real-time analytical data to managers. With this data, managers can both spot current trends such as energy usage, as well as predict future problems that could lead to expenditures that may be avoided or solved earlier at a lower cost.

USER EXPERIENCE

IoT devices can provide numerous user benefits that properties without IoT cannot. One example is ‘smart security’, which enables guests to program alarms based on when they plan to leave and return to the property. Another example is enabling guests to rent things like sports equipment by the hour, which adds additional revenue generation to managers.

SMART HOMES

With IoT, property managers can receive alerts when an issue is detected with electrical, plumbing, heating or cooling systems. This allows the property manager to take action and eliminate potential problems before they grow into much more expensive issues. Some IoT tools can even directly send notes to staff about tasks that need to be done after an issue is detected.

About Helium

Helium is the largest and fastest-growing IOT network in the world. In just over 34 months, Helium has built a functional, yet limited, network of more than 885,000+ hotspots which are the nodes of the Helium blockchain. These hotspots also serve as wireless base stations for the IoT network in over 63,227 cities around 175 countries.

Helium is backed by major investors from both Silicon Valley and Wall Street, with total invested capital of more than $375 million dollars. Helium’s market leadership is grounded in significant proprietary technology that enables scalability of the network while protecting the value of each hotspot and the Helium HNT cryptocurrency.

FAQS

A: The hotspot will remain with the property if reconnection to the internet is possible.
If not, LinxSTR will pick up the equipment.

A: Active installations are taking place every month.

A: LinxSTR’s proprietary design is a small device which is installed outside of the property. The hotspot enables a small fraction of the high-speed Internet servicing to be utilized for data transfer through the Helium IoT network.

A: The hotspot consumes a tiny portion of energy monthly, generally less than $1/month. The device uses about 3 gigabytes per month of Internet, about the same as one streaming movie. Energy costs are about the same as one LED light bulb.

A: The device is connected to the internet router and requires an outdoor antenna. In such cases, LinxSTR arranges for installation and covers all costs.
